We just released a limited tech preview of Federated Auth via Azure AD. Thus, you can potentially use Azure MFA to solve this need.
We also have a native SMS 2FA capability in limited tech preview as well. You can learn about both these features at:

We do not support selection of folder for the VM being provisioned using Smart Tools. Currently the folder for the VM defaults to the Datacenter's vmFolder (This is a folder containing the compute resource for this Datacenter). A vSphere resource location can have multiple Datacenters.
We will add "folder/location section" to our roadmap.

Thanks a lot for the feedback. It is on our roadmap to show the customer ID in the email report. I don't have a committed release for this yet. But it is a priority for us.
Good idea. We are looking into it. In the meantime, it is always recommended that customers test their VNET and domain controller settings by manually spinning up a machine and joining the machine to the domain in Azure Portal.

Thanks for the additional feedback on this topic. We look forward to making progress in this area for LUI with an upcoming feature set that allows partners to:
1. Define customers in Citrix Cloud
2. Link LUI users/usage to customers, view monthly usage/users with a per-customer breakdown
3. Easily export users for each customer so it can be used for downstream per-customer billing
We do not yet have committed plans for automatically emailing monthly reports (or automatically reporting to a CSP distributor) though they are ongoing conversations.

We could approach this 2 ways:
1. Built-in email feature in LUI service that mails a monthly summary report.
2. API access to LUI service that CSPs could script against to provide their own automation or email mechanism.
I'll take it back to the team and be tracking email reports as a feature request.

Good feedback. The 'old Citrix Usage Tool' (The Citrix Usage Collector) did not support any email based reports. Are you referring to CloudPortal Services Manager 'report mailer' functionality?

This would fall under our “rule based assignment of users” roadmap item which is not yet in progress.
Domain pattern matching would be one of several rules that could match users and route them to paid vs. free usage categorization.
Thanks for the feedback. We're aligned on this use case as part of our "Rule based assignment of free users" roadmap. We can provide the @domain filter/rule based on the info provided form the CTXS license server.
In order to do something based on AD-Domain, we'd have to expand the LUI solution significantly and require partners to deploy the Citrix Cloud Connector so the LUI service can access their AD users and groups.

Currently, to scale up, the Smart Scale algorithm first check to see if there are any machines in maintenance mode. If so, it will first take most loaded machines out of maintenance mode before powering on more machines. This way, it has the least number of machines powered on to deliver the required load.

Thanks for the feedback! Within Update and Smart Scale, select Site Details, and you have an option to "Remove Site". Alternatively, you can uninstall the Lifecycle Management Site agent on the machine.
