We had automated the reports with the old Citrix Usage tool. Now we have to login manually each month to the lui to collect the licensing count4 votes
Hi, it would be good to add a feature to Smart Scale when if placing a machine in maintenance mode smart scale powers another machine on. Now it turns of maintenance mode for the machine in a couple of minutes, so you have to power another machine on manually before placing a vm into maintenance.4 votes

PLease give an option to delete sites from "Update" and "Smart Scale".
Let me configure, if I want to receive notification mails. In times of testing this is really annoying.
I like the XenApp and XenDesktop Service Resource Location Blueprint a lot, but we need a production blueprint of this as well. This blueprint should integrate with an existing AD, set up redundant infrastructure spread over two availability zones and configure NetScaler with custom settings. Cloud Connectors should be added to specific Resource Location.
Additionally there should be a simple Blueprint to add a master image aka setting up a VDA (which is already part of all the other blueprints)2 votes
NetScaler GW as a Service does not realize, if there is a direct connection from receiver to VDa possible. Instead the connection is always created via NSGWaaS. This is not practical for production usage.2 votes
More docs on how to use it would be good - the docs on getting the License Usage Insights just say "upgrade the license server to version X" - okay great but our firewall blocks all outgoing, so what do we need to open? Can it not be proxied out?

This is something that I have been thinking about for a while. can you elaborate on what the need is here to help define the feature. What are the main goals for you in seeing this information.
1. Ability for on-site Director to talk to Studio in Citrix Cloud. This helps with anyone that is using Insight w/ on premise NetScaler.
2. Two-factor authentication for StoreFront in Citrix Cloud.
3. The ability to have Receiver populate with on-premise StoreFront locations. This is a hybrid model request where you would have a Desktop in Azure/AWS, that you also want access to on-premise published resources to utilize a VPN (or DirectConnection in AWS).4 votes

We’ve enhanced the export feature to include:
- license server FQDN
- full user name
- username (split out from full user name)
- domain name (split out from full user name)
- customer (linked vs. not-linked)
- license server type (paid vs. free)
- user type (paid vs. free)
I’m closing this specific Feature Request as ‘completed’ based on this work. If there are additional export use cases please re-introduce new user-voice ideas/suggestions. Please be as detailed as possible on the functionality and use case.

When trying secure browser, the session keeps disconnecting. I'm on version 126.96.36.199 of receiver.
Also the local keyboard layout is not picked up which make it hard for non-usenglish users to use it2 votes
during the onboarding process the mail sent out assumes you will open the it on the device you want to run your websession. please add a visible link to the email so that one can read the mail on the phone while running the session from the computer.2 votes
You need a command line version of the Connectivity Tester GUI. This would allow for customers to test the connectivity of the connectors, with a product like CA UIM, every 5 minutes and raise an alert / ticket when a Connector fails. It is good to know you have an issue before the users.3 votes
The connectivity tester will examine the ability to contact the URL’s that are needed for the operations the connector undertakes. This was primarily designed to enable validation of firewalls/proxy white lists were set adequately to enable complete operation. This however does nothing to check that the connector is operating correctly. The ability to keep checking that the required URL’s can be contacted might be a part of the monitoring that you need, but I suspect it is not quite what you want to achieve. The CWC UI displays the status of the connectors and their ability to carry out the required operations. There are also notifications placed into the notifications area in the Console reporting issues. Would you consider making API calls to the cloud to monitor the status using this mechanism, would that be a better mechanism that provides a much more complete picture?
