  2. SmartScale turns off maintenance instead of powering another machine on

    Hi, it would be good to add a feature to Smart Scale when if placing a machine in maintenance mode smart scale powers another machine on. Now it turns of maintenance mode for the machine in a couple of minutes, so you have to power another machine on manually before placing a vm into maintenance.

  4. 2-factor/Receiver pre-population/On-Premise Director

    1. Ability for on-site Director to talk to Studio in Citrix Cloud. This helps with anyone that is using Insight w/ on premise NetScaler.
    2. Two-factor authentication for StoreFront in Citrix Cloud.
    3. The ability to have Receiver populate with on-premise StoreFront locations. This is a hybrid model request where you would have a Desktop in Azure/AWS, that you also want access to on-premise published resources to utilize a VPN (or DirectConnection in AWS).

  6. Support ticket monitoring

    Currently you can open support tickets via the Workspace Cloud User Interface. However there is no way to monitor these tickets to see progress or interact with support about them. if we were to consider this, what are the main features you would need? Would you prefer to use this to making support calls?

  8. Create a "Remember Me" function

    It would be great if there were a 'remember me' option on the login so I don't have to enter my username into the login page every time I return to the portal.

  9. Netscaler License reporting multi-tenant per customer

    Expand the Current Tenant customisation options which allows XenApp/XenDesktop and License Servers to be split per customer to include Netscaler license SKUs. Being able to allocate a Netscaler to a Customer would be very useful in a multi tenant Service Provider environment

  11. In LUI usage tab, the export should include the numbers from the customers breakdown

    Want to be able to get the free, paid and total users for each customer when i export to CSV.

  13. Send an alert on license server checkin failure

    LUI throws up a little warning on the site to say a license server hasn't checked in for a few days - how about sending an email when this happens? We don't check the site very often so wouldn't have noticed this until towards the end of the month!

    We are planning to enable this through a series of LUI and platform features.

    1. Ensure that the ‘in-service’ alerts for LUI also bubble up as CC platform notifications.
    2. Allow for CC platform notifications to be forwarded to admin emails.

  14. Smart Scale should have an option based on Zone

    It would be helpful if Smart Scale would have an option which would allow a number of machines based on Zones. Like if we would want to have x number of machines powered on per Zone. And to be able to set separate schedules per zone.

    Ability to rename or remove a customer on the dashboard is coming soon. Customers created for use with LUI customer linking/tagging will then be able to be renamed or deleted.

  17. Customise the Details page of an app

    In the Citrix StoreFront page, each app has a link called "Details" next to it. When click on the "Details" link, it'll navigate to an empty page with the icon.

    Can we have the ability to add content to this page so it is possible to use the page to describe the application?

  18. Support clients without KMS activation Office

    Hi
    We as customer dont use KMS server for activation Office for our users. We are using Office 365 cloud activation service (Each installation is activated and kept activated automatically by cloud-based services associated with Office 365)

    But your backend system dont know about this type of activation and everytime VDA VM template image should use workaround if Office 365 Pro Plus should be installed. Now we are suing workaround as described here

  19. Let each user manage their own clients

    For now, the only way to manage clients is via administrators, which are able to see all the clients. It would be great if certain users could have permission to manage only the clients created by them, without being able to see clients created by other users.

  20. add UK keyboard support

    When creating machine catalogues I notice that the keyboard changes from the studio default (UK) to US and this makes it difficult to enter UK characters such as \ and # into passwords and dialogues, could the current keyboard type be passed through
