Support ticket monitoring
Currently you can open support tickets via the Workspace Cloud User Interface. However there is no way to monitor these tickets to see progress or interact with support about them. if we were to consider this, what are the main features you would need? Would you prefer to use this to making support calls?

You can now monitor tickets in the Cloud UI, and are planning to add interaction to this functionality
Thanks for the feedback. We have these features about viewing the ticket history, adding comments and making changes in our roadmap.

The support ticket section isn't very useful. I can see the ticket status and the initial description but I don't see any history nor do I have the ability to make updates to the ticket.
